I like what I have now and at the age of 72 I no longer have the ability, knowledge, or desire to row throw a system to somehow save dozens and dozens of currently functioning programs (you know, the term used before they were called apps) and all of its stored data. In previous Microsoft OS upgrades it was possible to overwrite the existing OS and retain the function of the existing programs and the data and files of the previous system. My system has been built dating back from the days of DOS.
Ain’t gona’ happen as I do not have the time and knowledge to restore a computer, files and legacy programs overwritten by a new OS. Suddenly here in June 2020 Microsoft Edge is popping up every time I attempt to browse with Chrome, virtually demanding I upgrade to Windows 10.
